We don’t mind if we have to undo it to make changes, what we absolutely know is that the little details have to spot on, so that the finished item is perfect for your special day.

To order a Bespoke Tiara, one designed specially for you, the first thing is to contact us, you can email us:- email@example.com We can discuss any ideas you may already have, whether it is customising one of our designs or something completely different.
If you can let us have a picture of your dress, then based on what we have discussed, we would then be able to provide a sketch that between us we can work on till we find the perfect design for you.
At that stage we would be able to provide a quote for you to consider. We can also discuss a time frame. Special orders will generally take about 3 weeks, sometimes slightly longer. A lot will depend on the design involved. We are usually able to help if you need something in a hurry – please do let us know straight away if time is limited.
Once agreement has been reached and you have emailed us confirmation that you wish us to proceed with the commission, payment will be required. Payment can be made via the site or by phone – 07881945808.
We will keep in touch, emailing photos at each stage, so that you get the chance to let us know if you would like any changes made. We won’t mind at all making changes – big or small.
