We don’t mind if you change your mind about anything you have bought from us
When you receive your order, if for any reason you are not completely happy, then contact us by email and we will arrange a replacement or refund, whichever is needed.
A Return or exchange must be made within 14 days.
When an item is returned, please include all the original packaging and ensure that adequate protection is provided.
Postage for return is at your expense, and we must ask that recorded or special delivery postage is used to avoid the problem of a package not arriving. We are unable to take responsibility for items lost in the post, so your proof of postage will be critical for you to trace your package if it doesn’t arrive here.
Once we receive the package we will let you know and confirm the time frame for replacement or refund. We will charge postage for an exchanged item to you.
